From the President’s Desk – June 2021
Greetings, SmartSearch family! As we swing into summer, it is my hope that each of you has an incredible summer full of both adventure and relaxation. Here in beautiful San Diego, California, we are working hard at finishing up version 22 of SmartSearch, and boy, are we excited about it.
With Version 22 you can expect:
- An updated User Interface (UI)
- Improved document management
- A new HTML editor
- Added pivot-style look-ups on most lists
- A re-engineered onboarding portal
- New Word-Press widgets for job searching and applying
- Plus more!
Our most exciting feature, however, is our new SmartSearch University (An interactive learning system).
SmartSearch University provides in-depth resources to help you get the most out of your SmartSearch solution while providing you with SmartSearch certifications, demonstrating your skills and recruitment savvy.
We can’t wait to show off the many fun and exciting ways of learning SmartSearch, including offering incentives to help inspire you and your team to learn how to use SmartSearch best. So, whether you are a new or experienced SmartSearch ninja, there will be hidden gems for everyone. Look for more news on this soon.
This month we are pleased to announce some exciting new integrations, most notably with Linkedin and Monster Jobs, which now allow you to post your jobs for free to their sites. We also want to include SkillSurvey, which allows you to initiate a reference check and receive pertinent updates from a profile within SmartSearch.
On the near horizon, in addition to our direct integration with SAP Fieldglass, we’re offering access to JobRobotix, one of the world’s leading Vendor Management System integration tools. This will make it fast and easy to automatically import and sync jobs from over 85 VMS into SmartSearch.
We are also pleased to advise that our integration with E-Verify is back, and we are happy to offer this valuable integration to you, our clients.
